Check your posture before you exercise

A healthy standing position

1. Knees soft - Don’t push your knee back

2. Abs tucked in, at least 1 cm in

3. Tilt your tail bone under - natural back position -Don’t arch your lower back

4. Open chest - roll shoulders back

5. Squeeze shoulder blades together gently

If you exercise with wrong posture, you might build muscles in the wrong place and his will lead to lack of flexibility and limited range of motion.

間違った姿勢のまま運動をすると変な位置に筋肉がついてしまいます。

正しい位置に正しい筋肉がないと関節の動きが悪くなり柔軟性も落ちてしまい、動きに限界が生じ怪我になるリスクが高くなります。

運動前に姿勢チャックは大事です。
