Moving Clouds is one of the most rejuvenating movements in Tai Chi.

 

To move your hand with flow, you need to have a really good support of your shoulder joints.

 

Back muscles and shoulder muscles protect the shoulder joints, especially important to ensuring rotator cuffs are controlled very well.

 

Without a strong controlled back, it is impossible to perform this movement.
