Tai Chi/Chair Tai Chi

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that has evolved over centuries to become a means of alleviating stress and anxiety, a form of "meditation in motion." Advocates claim that it promotes serenity and inner peace.

Tai Chi is considered to be safe for people of all ages as it does not put too much stress on the muscles and joints.

Pilates has a focus on the core which can basically be thought of as the ‘powerhouse’ of your body. Your core is the area between your shoulders and your pelvis (without your arms and legs) and encompasses all the muscles within this area.

You will feel an inner strength and heightened body awareness as you become in tune with the subtleties of your individual needs.

Yoga/Chair Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

Latin Dance Workout/Chair Latin Dance

Latin dance workout is a Latin dance fitness program that combines dance and aerobic elements. A Latin Dance workout combines low-intensity and high-intensity choreographed moves to provide participants with an exercise program that utilizes intervals to burn a lot of calories. The workout is a total, aerobic, muscle-strengthening workout that can also help improve a person's balance, flexibility and energy levels.

Self Empowering for Youth

Zumba Gold/Aqua Zumba

The original concept of Zumba combines a dance workout with a party-like atmosphere. Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.

Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

Cost per session will vary by type.
